Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy by analyzing economic indicators, monitoring market trends, and understanding customer needs and preferences.
Plan and execute result-oriented web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Create and maintain a compelling social media presence to engage our target audience effectively.
Identify and address short-term and long-term marketing challenges to enhance overall marketing effectiveness.
Track and measure the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assess results against predefined goals (ROI and KPIs), and generate insightful reports.
Identify emerging trends and market insights, and optimize campaign spend and performance based on these findings.
Generate innovative and creative growth strategies using digital marketing techniques.
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests to optimize marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop appealing landing pages and enhance user experience.
Utilize strong analytical abilities to evaluate the customer experience across various channels and touchpoints.
Identify critical conversion and drop-off points in user funnels and implement optimization strategies.
Manage and supervise the work of the digital marketing department, ensuring timely completion of operational tasks.
Skill Requirements:
Proven working experience in digital marketing, demonstrating a track record of successful campaigns and results.
Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
Highly creative with the ability to identify target audiences and develop digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels to drive conversions.
Proficiency in conducting A/B and multivariate experiments to improve campaign performance.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ubersuggest, and Web Trends.
Working knowledge of ad-serving tools like Google Ads, social media advertising platforms, and Mail chimp.
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns for maximum impact.
Strong English communication, writing and reading skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas and concepts.
Knowledge and experience of PPC ( Pay Per Click) advertising strategies and implementation.
